Second Complaint, problem still not solved

This is the second time i have to come on here to get any response from CELL C. after my previous complaint Lungile contacted me and had to listen to voice recording after which she said CELL C will send me my sim card (which was short delivered) beginning December. now two weeks later, still NO sim card and NO Lungile. NO response from email. never calls back when I leave messages. I am soooooo tired of this CELL C, you have completely lost my vote. ref no: ***. sort it out
