Second complaint and still not resolved

<p>Spoke to a customer consultant on Monday and she promised that the cash back is loaded for payment on Wednesday 1st March but no payment was made it has now been more than 20 days after the cash back should of been paid out!! Spoke to customer care just now and they have no idea what to do?? It is absolutely scary to see how cell c promises all these things and they don't deliver!! I will request the recording of the call where she promised me and will take legal action.</p>
