Second complaint

<p>This is the second time I am having to complain. After everything I have submitted my documents on the 30 July 2017. Still I receive no communique from this insurance. The service I am receiving is pathetic. My claim was placed on the 15 July already. It has been almost a month already. My phone was ******. Yet no contact has been made. I do need my phone in case you were wondering. This is costing me money. I am paying insurance for a reason. I will definitely report this to the ombudsman if something isn't done soon.</p>
