screen manufacture problem ADH REPIAR
Got a SAMSUNG NOTE 5 ALMOST A YEAR MY LCD CRACKED AT THE BACK NOT THE GLASS IN FRONT THE SCREEN WAS NOT GLUED PROPERLY WHEN MANUFACTURING IT STARTED TO LIFT UP SO THE LCD CRACKED I TOOK IT BACK TO CELL C ON THE 18TH SEPTEMBER THEY QUOTED ME ON THE 27TH SEP AND THE WARANTY EXPIRED ON THE 25TH NOW I MUST PAY BECAUSE THEY TOOK TO LONG TO ATTEND

10 Oct 2017, 14:58could you please advise what should happen because the device is back at the cell c branch for collection unrepaired
they notified us to collect it?
why can they send it back so fast but when it was send to repair centre it took so long?
and please note this screen wasn't cracked accidently, the screen wasn't right it was starting to come loose you could see dust coming in behind the screen
