Hi I am client with cell c firstly I took contract with them which ended bv the 10 of april what happened is they couldnt manage to deduct last month which is march I called them to notify them there was no problem and the number was suspended on the 16 April 2015 Cell C of R622 did a debit order and during the day I called them asking if they can unsuspend the number surely they did as I asked as they say calls are recorded fine suddently on monday they send me sms that says my account is in arrears with R70 I must pay in nedbank account *** today I called them askin if the contract been cancelled they said still active it will be cancelled on the 25th april I ask the about the R70 suddently they tod me my account has not been paid my bank s void the amount I ask if the bank void my paid R622 how come they did unsuspended the number they they susoended the accout again I am not gonna pay the same Cell C twice coz the transaction went through and I am nt gonna upgrade with them never
