I cancelled a contract and returned the phone within the cooling off period.

To my surprise I got charged and I had to reverse the amount because you guys confirmed via sms that the contract was cancelled.

A few days back I was at your store and I am owing you for a phone I don’t have, and today was called by your people asking when I am paying because I am in areas.

Where are the call recordings I had with your people??

As you claim that calls are recorded this in the book of our stupid law is crime at its best, day light *******.

You should trace the calls dating back to 04 November 2022, otherwise I am referring this to lawyers.

The worst customer service possible, you keep on apologising but nothing is ever resolved.
