I took a month to month package with Cell C a year ago and in June I decided to cancel the contract and when I called in I was told that I cannot cancel the contract as the deal was transferred to a contract without my concern, apparently they sent sms to all the customers and asked for the proof and the consultant said she will log a query for me. When I called in the following Monday I was told that the package was canceled but to my surprise they are still debitting from my account, and when I called back I was told the the account is still active. Like how does that happen am I being ****med or what is happening because i am now speechless 😶
