i have been with this network for over 6 years and thus far i am disgusted with the service ,,

each time i recharge my airtime either dissapears or data dissapears ,,, not to mention my whatsapp data ,, how on earth can i recharge over 7 times a month then not even send much messages ,, this is ridiculous ,,

Good afternoon Cleopetra

Airtime and data do not disappear as there are causes such as content subscription services, out-of-bundle data rates can quickly deplete airtime, new smartphones and faster networks mean data is used quicker etc.

We will get one of our consultants to look into this matter and provide clarity.

just so you know all my background data is turned off i can recharge then its gone can you explain how i lose all my data ,, not that how does one go thru almost 5gig of whatsapp data in 2 weeks explain that ,, this network disgusts me you guys are a bunch of cheats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
