<p>I took out a new Cell C contract received the phone and was activated on Saturday. I was told there was a R3000 cash back on the contract immediately payable when the phone was activated. I got no cash back. When i phoned i got the answer that i can not receive the cash back because my bank statements are not stamped by the bank. *** ? This was never a condition when i signed up. This is a ****. Cell C is looking for a reason not to give you your cash back. I got a very rude agent who even dropped the phone in my ear. </p>
