I asked that my contract be cancelled on August 10; 2018, and i received an email acknowledging my request that was on August 14; 2018. As per the last statement i received my account was paid in full and i own nothing.

Today i received a call that i owe R75, 00, upon enquiring what was this for the agent could not give me an answer, all she could say that it is for August, What August? Why must i pay R75, 00 in an Inactive Account?

People please do not abuse me, all i asked for was for the account to be cancelled. If you decided to bill the account while i have asked to cancel it that is not my baby.
