Absolutely terrible service - sending a debt service to apparently collect money almost a year after i ended contract. Arrogant and unprofessional especially if they cant provide me with an invoice for what I owe. I will not correspond over the phone as the previously "recorded" calls conveniently are not made available to me. Dont contact me over the phone - do it over email. If you have the nerve to send a debt company after me then respect my demand for not communicating over the phone so I can have everything recorded from my side and wont get conveniently lost!
No invoice - no payment. simple as that.
