****MED BY JET, EDGARS AND CELL C

<p>My child managed to block my phone on Saturday. When I noticed this I immediately called Cell C and they told my phone is on contract with Jet and Edgars. All along I knew that my phone is pre-paid as I buy pre-paid airtime everytime I need airtime and I had to rica my number on my ID no and now all of a sudden it is not so. I had to call this number ********** 011 and firstly they are not open 24 hours so the service is pathetic. You could actually die waiting trying to get through to them and then when I finally got through to them yesterday morning when I got to work I was told I must wait another 38 hours and someone will be in touch with me. YOH, my God please help! What is going on with these people? Who are they and when did they decided to take over my number. And why would Cell C sell my telephone number and personal information to a third party without notifying me so I can make the decision. Cell C would have sorted this out for me within minutes if they had not ****med with JET and EDGARS to sell them my personal details and now I am sitting with a dead phone for 4 days straigh. Whatever this is I want it cancelled, I did not ask for this. I do not want anything to do with these people. I want whatever this is cancelled as I did not ask for this. Please help somebody, I need my sim card unblocked as I have very young children who should be able to reach me 24/7 and work very odd hours so I cannot be unreachable. Please everyone be careful out there. I have been with Cell C since they came on to the market many moons ago but I think its time I moved to another service provider cause if they can sell my details like this what else can they do????</p> <p> </p>
