**** FOR EXTRA SALES
Convinced to buy cellphone on promotion. Sales person promised cellphone covers and complete setup of the device. On collection device is not setup and additional outer covers not issued. When enquiring about the covers the Consultant and Manager say that the promotion was not advertised and they will not be getting anymore stock. I could have easily taken a much cheaper contract without the freebies if this was the case.
