Cell C-fibre highly disappointed in your incompetence.

I was firstly signed up (on the back end) on an incorrect package which resulted in me being billed incorrectly and secondly the service gets cancelled as if I was the one who requested the cancellation, further adding charges onto my account.

I have been left nothing but inconvenienced from month-to-month ever since I got this.

If this issue is not sorted and I am given assurance that I will not face the same challenges going forward, by close of business today. I am migrating to a different service provider and I am pulling all other lines that my extended family has with you through my referrals and/or that i pay for.

Enough is enough now!
