Cell C continues to debit my banking account despite that the contract ended November 2018

Kindly note you gave notice of cancellation on November and the contract was cancelled in December. At the time of cancellation, the December invoice was still due, of which you reversed.

22 May 2019, 10:45I specifically asked the operator Kgomotso about the last debit and he said December but they debited in January 2019 so I reversed it but you continue to debit despite that I phoned to dispute that. Why do you stoop so low such a big corporate as you are?
