**** contracts and NO HELP from CELL C customer Care team.

**** contracts and NO HELP from CELL C customer Care team. The cell C team was informed about the two ********** contracts created on my account on 7th of MArch 2022 and they asked me to send all the documents and Affidavit. All the documents were provided to the e-mail id provided by Cell C team however there is NO reply even acknowledging receipt of the documents and any action taken even after a month of registering the complaint. Such MISERABLE customer service and responsiveness levels !!!! Looks like Cell C is in partnership to promote ********S
