**** cell-**** wants me to pay 14K for R140 contract

I had a Sim only deal for Data back in 2022 for R140 ( 20Gig), I proceed to cancel the contract in 2021 after Cellc had billing errors on my account which I logged it with Cellc and got confirmation that its was a known error due to system issues. My funds will be credited to my account and cancellation will take place. I compiled my evidence and call recordings made to the contact center which since 2021 July my query has not been resolved. This lead to contract now cancelled to date and I now owe a swopping 14K at cellc for a contract I cancelled. I have been following up since than with multiple reference number been given to me and yet no resolution to this issue. How can I pay for a Sim card data I never used all this time? on top of that I requested cancellation which means someone is not doing their job. When I call cellc all I get is " I cant see the reference you previous had on the system, I will have to open a new one" than I give them the reference which they send via SMS on than they can pick up what im referring to, what type of systems are they using were no one can see anything in your profile or the agents are ducking the bullet like Cellc does with my query for the past 2 and half years.

I personally worked for Cellc before when Jose DOs Santos was CEO and none of this would have happen as he understand client centricity and all escalations sent to the CEO's office where addressed with urgency. Call center Team leaders are afraid to calls and always busy when you request to speak to them, No one can resolve this query even agents/Team leaders don't know where to escalate this issue.

I am writing this in hopes to resolve this query as I have tried all platforms - not only is this putting my credit score at jeopardy but Cellc has fail me. I need someone to resolve this now, I will be waiting for a reply.
