I wanted to cancel my contract as I wasn't planning to renew after the contract has expired.

I was informed that I had renewed the contract last year in September to an IPhone 13 pro Max, and unable to cancel the contract, ( I did not renew my contract)

The consultants informed me to send an email to the ***** department and I did.

I haven't received any response from the ***** department and I am unable to cancel the contract.
