This is me explaining to cell c I signed month to month contract now the tell me is fixed and the was a last month leaflet I took the contract with but today it's a 24 month contract
Good morning cell c I'm writing this with a drained heart and a very disappointed and angry part of me that I can't even explain my situation
14 months back I signed the contract with you cell c and was happy even the are network issues I continue with the deal cos it was a surely month to month contract
Last month April I signed up for another contract SIM only deal with you which I saw on April leaflet I was happy with cellc that why I took again a contract and I made sure b4 I signed the agent representing cellc check if it was a month to month yes he did I agreed and took the contract
So here is the problem now financial I see I won't make it to pay for the old contract which remember it's a month to month I can serve a notice anytime for the next coming month
Boom I called today to do so they tell me that I'm in a fixed 24 month contract lease agreement cell c has changed but I didn't get any notification second last month I took a contract that state it's a month to month even may Leaflet has the package I took so why are you saying that I can't end my month to month I didn't sign for fixed contract
I can't afford to pay one contract so meaning I'm going for credit blacklist for something that you guys sold and advertising at the current moment that I took Las month again that it's in your leaflet cell c I want to cancel my old account and continue with the old one
Again pls go bk to the recording and check if I was told about the 24 month contract
If I knew that I was getting my self this 24 month thing I was going to go to other service providers that has the package and deals that I want
Can your team cancel my month to month deal on my account and Why it's ur leaflet state that the are month to month deals
I'm disappointed and I won't be blacklisted for nonsense
