So they call me and say that instead of putting my name on a spreadsheet for cancellations, it was put on a spreadsheet for new contracts. My question is: • how can they sign you up for new business without any consent from the customer? • how can they run a business using spreadsheets rather than a properly audited database? • why did they give me the run around for 2 hours on the phone and imply that I had made a mistake in the first place?
