I was recently offered a upgrade telephonically in January 2016. I was promised unlimited data with the device. I accepted the offer due to the unlimited data. I received the device but did not get unlimited data. This was very upsetting . <br> <br> I called in customer care they investigated the matter and found that the consultant did promise me unlimited data however they say there is no such offer.<br> <br> They then offered me 1 GIG of data free every month to compensate , i do not think this is sufficient so i asked them to collect the device .<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed in CELL C . As a customer Cell c has let me down.<br> I believe this is a **** and people need to be aware not to accept CELL C upgrades over the phone as this is JUST A WAY TO **** THE CUSTOMERS<br> <br> I would like to take this matter higher , i was **** to and this wasted my time constantly trying to get a hold of CELL to sort this issue . I have tried to contact cell c head office many times now with no answer.<br> This is becoming very time cosuming<br> <br> <br> <br> I am highly frustrated as this point and ready to take this up further .<br> I do not appreciate been ****med by CELL C , you guys was meant to be a reputable Company but i guess not.<br>
