Say one thing but action is different!!

I took ou my first contract in January 2015 and was told I could upgrade round about october last year, which i did. I was told by the lady in the Cell C Shop Clearwater Mall that my contract is R470 including 200 sms, 200 minutes and 200 mb. I was happy about it, now today i see that there is a debit order of R690 that went off!! I don't understand how you sign for a total and then they take whatever amount they see is fit. You can not do this without anyone's consent!!!! And the statements via e-mail cannot even open as it says - this is not yeat available in your country... so i cannot even check my statements. This is ABSOLUTELY my first and last contract with Cell C if this is how it goes. This is Bull****!

My statements do not open even with id nr. i spoke to a consultant just now and was told it is a once off fee. but as I said to her, when I upgraded I asked whether there will be a once off fee and I was told no. My payment will be the R470 from February 2017 and that is it. And now there is a once off fee. so staff need to confirm their facts before giving incorrect information through to clients.
Thank you for your response!
