Save yourselves the headache - Don't go with Cell C

I settled my account earlier this year. They have continued to debit my account even after I settled it. I emailed them to alert them that I have already paid the account (which by the way, you can never actually get any kind of assistance or answers to anything when contacting Cell C). Next thing I know, I'm receiving a letter of demand. No explanation as to how this amount accrued. If I legitimately owe the money, can one single human being at Cell C not explain why/how I owe the amount.

Signing up with Cell C is easy, but when you need assistance, you will not get any from this company.
