SARS owes Cell C a visit to make them move!

I am still buying every month 200GB data at Cell C and for every online purchase (R1,699.00) I have requested a proper V.A.T. invoice via their website. Although Cell C prompted every time on their website to email it (the correct email address was submitted), it was not sent last month nor this month. I have had this issue now a couple of times but they do not seem to see the need to change and automise anything on their online sales processing! Nor are they contacting me on my cellphone number as provided. Not good for the reputation of Cell C and even worse for the income of SARS which should keep our country going!
