SAMSUNG Z fold screen not covered under warranty by Samsung and Cell C.

Good morning. I have a SAMSUNG Z Fold under contract from Cell C and is still under warranty. The fold on the screen made a frazzling noise and the seam went blank. I fitted a protective cover on the phone as soon as I received it. Cell C repair center sent me a quotation of R21000-00 to replace the battery. Report says impact damage and full of scratches. Request for info no call backs.
