Samsung Z-Flip 4 - Cell C Nightmare

I am so disappointed in the repairs department of Cell C. Handed my Samsung Z Flip 4 in for repairs after the screen failed in the bend of the screen. Only to be contacted and told that although still under warranty, because of fine scratches on the back of the phone due to a phone cover, that the warranty is void. Pictures and the lady at the store confirmed via email to them that there was no physical damage to the phone, the refuse to fix. This is a well known problem apparently with the Flip series phones and they are refusing to acknowledge that. They want me to pay for a device problem. And to top it off, the supervisor at the repairs department was not only arrogant but also proceeded to hang up on me. I am beyond angry. I have now been advised by the sales consultant at the store that I should phone in and reject the quote and then take the phone to Samsung personally to get it repaired. I am horrified that a supervisor of any department can be that rude. I will be thinking twice before ever dealing with them again....The sales lady at the store is amazing though, thank you.
