Samsung s6 wireless charger

I upgraded my s4 to a s6 in the end of June. I was told it would include the wireless charger. It arrived 4 days later with no charger. I called them and was told it was a promotion. Yet when I went into a walk in store they said it was still on promotion. I lodged many complaints and was told someone would contact me I have even sent them a email... still no one has called. I want my charger and I want someone to tell me if these Cell C direct people even put me on the right package. If not when this contract runs out they will lose 2 contracts that have been with them for 9 years.....service is pathetic. <br> <br> I just want them to fix it. The promotion is no longer on but I believe I should get mine as I upgraded when it still was!
