Samsung S5 still not repair

In the beginning of March I wrote my first letter to Hellopeter, concerning my Samsung S5 not working.I got a call from Moses Mo***eng of headoffice, that asked me to book my phone in so that they can see what is wrong with my phone. He also said I must send him the reference numbers that I received. I took my phone to Cell c Menlyn on the 9.3.15 where it was booked in. Receive a sms from them on the 13.3.15 that it's booked in at the repair Centre Midrand. I send an email to Mr. Mo***eng with the reference numbers. On the 4.4.15 I emailed him again, no respond. I received a sms from repairs for a quote of R1568, accept or decline, phone Cell c repairs. I phoned ask what it is for, the lady said it's for the camera lens. I said I don't want it repair as I still can take photos. I can't phone. I had to explain all over again. She said she will give it through. So I decline repairs of lens glass. On the 13.4 I got another sms, talk to Lebo Mamashela at repairs, the same story over, I have to pay, I said I decline it 2weeks ago. I phoned headoffice talk to Mandla Ncube, He will look into it. I phoned back 3 times the 13.4, he is busy up to the 14.4 no call back. Please help me!!!!!
