Samsung S4 Mini

On the 2nd of January 2015 I gave in my Samsung for repairs. They told me that it can be the speakers. Up until now I did not receive any calls to tell me what is going on. I phoned the branch a few times and they just say that they didnt receive the phone yet. They are not helpful at all and in the mean time for almost 6 weeks I am paying for the phone but they could'nt care less about the fact that I am without my phone.
