Samsung Note 4 Blank Screen Issue - Dissatisfied customer

<p>My Samsung note 4 shows blank screen even when the phone is on, i took it to Cell C shop in Wonderpark, it was booked for repairs with the Repair centre, now i have been told that i have to pay R6420 for it to be repaired because the warranty is void. I took the contact in June 2015. I have never thrown the phone in the water or did something that could damage the phone. Care to explain?</p>
