Samsung J100 - Advertised but no stock

I would really like to know why Cell C are advertising the Samsung J100 when not a single branch in the entire Gauteng region has even one phone!<br> <br> I originally tried to upgrade to this phone via the online portal and the sales rep was only to happy to upgrade me but to leave out the part where they don't have stock.<br> After numerous calls and follow-upsI finally got the answer (a week later) that expected time is 2-3 weeks.<br> <br> I eventually cancelled and thought I would have more luck with stores.<br> I emailed most Gauteng based stores and less than a handful bothered to reply.<br> <br> Sandton branch were so quick to assure me (last week) that ETA is early next week.<br> It's Friday - and no stock!<br> <br> DON\T advertise a phone if you can't deliver Cell C!<br> Game has! CNA has! Vodacom has! But not Cell C!<br> <br> <br> Normally this would not bother me half as much as normal
