Samsung A73 useless phone

Good day On contract I took a Samsung A73 for 24 months. During this duration, this phone was very problematic, booked the phone once as phone was unable to charge and then booked the phone again a few months ago as the sim reader seemed to be faulty. Today 05.03.2025 the sim card does not read as the sim reader is faulty, same issue, the phone has just come off warranty. Pathetic. I have a phone that was non functional for at least 5 months of the duration of the contract. ***. *** Regards, Pranalen
