Same OLD story once again!!!

Once again,I am stuck with Cell C and the same problem. In 2006 I was handed over to MBD attorneys by Cell C,this account has been paid in full in October 2007,my ref nr for that account was ***. In 2008 I took out a new contract with cell c,never up until today,missed one payment.Every second year when I do my cell phone upgrade,I get the same problem over and over again.My account with cell c still shows \legal"";but no one can help.Eventually I get my upgrade.Yesterday I app**** for a ****el (R99p/m) 2 gig. And same story once again;I can't get it;because my account shows \""legal\"""
