Sales lies

I have received a phone on a limitless voice and data contract from cell c 3 months ago. Firstly they have send my device to the wrong province and already having ported my number to them i was uncontactable for business for almost a week. After receiving the phone the data didnt want to work. Having spend hours and hours with their technical staff on the phone the roaming still does not work. Their network department still havent sorted out my problem 3 months later, and having me calling them regularly. They suggest a change of internet settings and then hope i go away. Their sales team promised me( as per recorded calls) that my internet speed would match that of the vodacom network in my area, but i seldomly have any data. They refuse to cancel my contract and seems to think its acceptable for me to pay for a service i cannot use. After begging them they will now send a team to my area to check the network (another week unable to perform basic work related tasks like email) however they should not have promised and sold me a contract if they checked my gps location. I have to use vodacom, from which i ported, to get hotspot data for my cell c device. I would not recommens anyone who relies on a phone to generate an income to take a chance on Cell C, irrespective of what they promise.
