Sales first and customers last poor service

An upgrade was do on the 28th of last month and no delivery received as yet while cell c consultants are insisting that that the phone was delivered to me and received by Happy. This is my 2nd review to Hellopeter and they responded last week privately with a way bill number and no communication after that.

Can someone assist or let me know that you had enough of my business I'll go to other service providers
