SALES DEPARTMENT-DECLINED

Good day,<br> <br> I called in early today for WIFI Router 2GB-R99 per month, Upon speaking to the consultant I was advised that my application was declined based on what reason she doesn't not know.<br> <br> She advised me to contact ITC. I there after did an online credit checking assuming this is nonsense, which was true!<br> <br> I have an absolutely good credit score , Set salary of over R10000 car finance and to receive this nonsense declined for R99!!!<br> <br> <br> Based on who's ITC report? <br> <br> Why does Cell C keep phoning me for to take new contracts in that case?<br> <br> I just received an upgrade on my store card credit limit and a Gold cheque and credit card , if the Bank doesn't see any problem where are your ll getting your information from??<br> I have a Telkom contract that's a year old never got declined and my contract is R350 pm<br> <br> <br> <br> I WANT ANSWERS, WHY DO YOUR LL CALL ME FOR NEW CONTRACTS AND THEN DECLINE ME...DOES THAT MAKE SENSE??<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> Regards
