Sales consultants

Good afternoon this is Mrs Hendricks *** or *** Yesterday I was extremely disappointed and very disgusted with the service I recieved ,i was shocked as i never expected such service knowing the sales consultants are always extremely nice as it wasn't my first time going to a cell c store,me and my sister went to purchase 2 data sims,a women came out and said only 2 people allowed in the store ,i told her she just let us know few seconds ago 4 people are allowed ,i said it's fine and I'll wait till they out and we will enter as we are two people,when we got in a very nice consultant assist us and sorted the sims out,the lady that asked us by the door walked passed and looked at both of us in the face and asked what our problem is and why we are looking at her,reason why I was looking at her was because I thought we are 2 people that need assistance she could of maybe assist and helped one of us ,the way she she and spoke was so disgusting as I don't i even know her from know where ,at that time I didn't respond because there was a another customer in the store purchasing a contract phone,the women I also know as she is residing in our area ,the consultant that was assisting us was so nice and said she's very sorry about what happened and she was shocked as if she didn't know who she said it to ,I felt so embarrassed because the women is residing in our area and she spoke to me that way,cell c please u need to teach ur consultants the essential of customer services because it seems to me as all doesn't ...I won't reveal the consults name online
