Sales Consultant Promising things she is unable to deliver on the end just for me to keep contract when I wanted to cancel two days after having it

A Sales Consultant that goes by the name of CLEMENTINE called me in January offering me a data contract of 4gigs of data for R139 not telling me 2Gigs is for night and 2 for day if she had told me that I would then have said no thank you that will not work for me. I then wanted to cancel the contract immediately when I found out 2days after having it. She called me " 11th January 2018 @ 14:19 and we spoke for 16mins 59secs" and in the conversation she admitted to not telling me that 2gigs is for day and 2 for night. I told her then I rather want to cancel it but she promised me that if I continue with the contract she will make sure that I get given a 20gig contract for R199 the beginning of February.

I contacted her Monday 5th February 2018 to remind her about the arrangement and it could not get done, Neville Moodley working for Cell C KZN Durban got involved opening a case and he then handed it over to Thembeka which is Apparently Clementine's Manager and still I have not received what Clementine has promised me when I wanted to cancel 2days after having the contract.

And as per our last conversation Clementine told me she regrets calling me because she was trying to help me offering me a data sim I was like wow how could a sales person tune a client that bought her product such a thing !!! That conversation took place from Clementine's cellphone number to my number on "Today 8th February 2018 @ 9:54 for 7mins and 23 secs" she also ended the call in my ear putting it on hold as if I am stupid to not know that.

I feel I have been misled by the sales person Clementine... I have to say she was quite smooth calling her darling while making her sale on me and i want the bosses within the Cell C group to know about this matter and know about this Consultant.

I am not taking responsibility for any cancellation fees if I cancel if i am not getting the R199 package. (Well the R299 package is the one I decided will work for me)
