I purchased 2 lap tops vis cell c in February when I purchased it I asked ALL three of the people in the branch if the data that came with the package was a monthly recurring amount -yes I was told are you 100% sure I asked that this is not once off - No it’s a monthly data contract - excellent what a fantastic deal - come to the next month and I am not credited with my data - to be told oh this is once off not monthly - what the actual hell ??????? I am now in two contracts for two years that I only took because I’d the data I would have punched the lap tops else where it was only the data that swung me to the monthly installments - this is pathetic sales behavior on the part of cell c Longbeach Mall and it just shrug the shoulders oh - I had an out of box failure with one of the lap tips that took a mont to resolve A MONTH - and I kept the co tract because of the data deal I have been conned and I want a resolution.
