Sales at all costs
Not Cell C debiting X4 the amount agreed upon!!!!!! A sales consultant called me and offered me a cell phone contract which i declined, she then went on to offer me a data contract. She had said I'd be paying R400 For 200G night and 200G anytime data. The first month wasn't debited, but i was double debited the second month. We now on the third month and they've taken R2000 from my account. Ofcourse i can't reverse it because it's A debicheck debit order! I want my money back! Stop lying to customers just to make sales!

I asked the consultant if id only be paying the R400 she mentioned until i was ready to cancel the contract. I told her i didn't want to pay a cent extra. The data should be capped at 200G. She reassured me that i wouldn't pay anything extra. This is a huge inconvenience. I don't think you understand how inconvenient this is. I need my money back!
