SAFPS LISTING REMOVAL REQUEST

It has come to my attention that your team has negatively listed me for ***** without my consent?

I am requesting that you remove this listing that SAFPS speaks of ? As it is making my life very difficult in obtaining credit anywhere else?

Should i wish to prevent ********** credit applications under my ID, i will do so at my own capacity with SAFPS and not through you guys stopping me from getting credit altogether which WAS NOT even discussed with me by telephone or emails.

Your response to this matter is very urgent please, I have been waiting for your ***** Department to get back to me but still nothing !!!
