SAFPS LISTING

Hi I have been a victim of identity theft around 2019 many accounts where opened against my name i logged complaints with all companies that I was affected with , I even opened a case at the police station , the other stores did investigations n found out I was really a victim of *****, but cell c never did n they went on to list me on safps as if I'm the one who committed ***** n ryt now I'm trying to open accounts with the banks m failing because of this matter what should I do ??
