Sad service from CellC

It’s so sad that one has to resort to Hello Peter to get assistance from a SERVICE provider. My account went into arrears, and I was handed over to nudebt. Nudebt debited my account on the 15th of Feb without my consent and now I have made numerous calls and memorized the security check with no results. Will someone please help me get my account cleared and assist with cancelling my account?
