SABOTAGING CREDIT RECORDS, NO RESPONSE, FAILURE TO DELIVER PAID UP LETTER.

Still waiting for a call back and Paid up letter from Cell C. Just because you send a business response to the query does not mean you are actively taking steps to rectify the problem. I HAVE BEEN PROMISED THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW. Nor did I receive any communication after your "Business Response". I practically know all your employees names and surname by now but still no LETTER. Just empty promises.

Can you people send me the letter already? Busy sabotaging peoples credit records for your own gain. I want nothing to do with your pathetic network that has no regards for customers.....ever . All I am interested in is that letter.

She also promised to send the letter by Friday the 20th?...Did that happen? NOOOOOO. I posted again on the 23rd asking for that letter....You business response was someone will contact me....Did someone contact me?...NOOOOOOO. Do I have a letter confirming what was said verbally? NOOOOOO. Can you use verbal confirmation to log a dispute.....NOOOOOO you cannot. Stick to what you say and stop making empty promises!!!!!!
