*****S working under false pretences
Had contract on my name. Had to phone to transfer to my sons name so he can pay his own contract. Lady confirmed she would do that. He spoke to them, gave them all his info, they keep taking money, but for all the months he had this contract now, not once did he get his airtime or minutes or whatever he is paying for. On phoning there is always someone with a **** attitude and he still has not been able to get his airtime

06 May 2024, 16:20As per feedback on your case your son was advise to visit the nearest Cell C store for transfer of ownership to be done 1st so that we can assist with a number change. We cannot process a number change if the numbers are not linked to the same ID.
