My experience with cell C is terrible and I've been a customer for 7yr and never missed a payment. On the 6th of October 2024 I've made a payment through the Cell C app of R1400 and have proof of the amount that went out of my account and conveniently the amount can't be found on their side. I've been to head office spoke to one of the customer service consultant.She said the financial department had allocated the 1400 and that would reflect the following month and that was in November 2023 . Nothing then called her couple of times .First 3times she answered the phone and after that she just didnt....I went back and forth and then just gave up. So please someone tell where has my money disappeared to. If giving up on getting my money back.. For 3months I've struggled. CELL C in my eyes are so ******* and steels peoples money and just doesn't care.. So my money can't be allocated and then again it was and then nothing.So where the **** is my money...
