****s! Bullies! Lawlessness!

Their staff swear at you! You complain the investigate and tell you that they can not find any evidence of the accusation against their staff member! They lie to protect themselves and the unprofessional staff they hire! Their policies dictate how and when you can pay your account and they do not even attempt to assist you! Their staff just blatantly lie and tell you that your fee incurred will be reimbursed if you make a manual payment and then no email that was requested is received! Their customer service manager says we must take them to court if we loose business but their policies superceed the south african laws put in place to protect us! This is the kind of company we need shut down! Pathetic service, pathetic staff, pathetic policies! I will never again use these manipulative corporate dogs again!
