They lie. Simple. I was due for an upgrade last year. I was happy with my phone so decided against upgrading. I was assured though that I could upgrade at any time from then on. Due to circumstances now, I am needing to change my phone. But lo and behold 😒 It can't be done. I have to wait until next year to qualify. Cell C are ****s.
