Runaround

<p>I am sorry it again has come to this but the Cell C retentions department and management associated are pitiful to say the least, every time I have called since last week I have been told that there is no management representation or they are in a meeting or they are out to lunch ... which would explain the shocking service.</p> <p>I spoke to Leandrin last week who promised me he would contact one of my dependents who has one of the contracts I pay for, we are still waiting. When I phone back to speak to him I am again given the runaround by the retentions team, management again not available.</p> <p>I am again sitting on the line waiting for management to assist me while getting threatened by an agent that there will be cost implications if I cancel my contracts with Cell C. I too am logging my complaint on other media platforms that I can find to express my unhappiness with my current service provider.</p> <p>My call has just been cut off again ... not the first time today.</p>
