Run as far away from Cell C as you can

They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Nobody ever calls back, most of the people I spoke to didn't even know their own policy and I get transferred at least 5 times per call. I have been trying to get an issue sorted since the beginning of February, and am still waiting to be called back by a supervisor. Yet they still billing me every month on time. And today they billed me more than x3 times the amount that the contract is for, and I have no idea why. If you thinking about joining them/taking out a contract or service with them, I suggest you run far away and rather go to MTN.
